Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Californians with disabilities by providing them with assistive technology (AT) devices and by innovating the loan process.

About CATE

CATE consists of three programs: AT Device Loan Program (Try Before you Buy), AT Reutilization Program (Want Ad Postings), and AT Loan Guarantee Program (Funding Options) with 13 partner agencies in communities across California.
